Features:
Ultrasoft Series is a very versatile plastisol ink, formulated for direct printing and heat transfer manufacturing. They provide good coverage on light and medium-colored garments. When printing on dark fabrics, a white underbase is recommended. Ultrasoft's new formulation helps eliminate press stoppages due to build-up on the backs of screens. This ink provides an extremely soft hand and if required can be modified to be even softer by adding compatible soft hand extender bases and modifiers.

- Light or medium-colored fabrics
- Wet-on-wet direct printing
- Cold peel heat transfers
- Hot peel heat transfers
- Nylon jackets with addition of Nylobond additive

Curing: 300°F
Mesh: Direct printing use: 86-305 t/in. Hot split transfers use: 83-110 t/in. Overprint colors use: 140-230 t/in.
*CAUTION: Unless noted as low-bleed formula, an underbase of Diamond White or similar ink may be necessary to combat dye migration issues on polyester blended fabrics.
